Todd Maxwell has a B.A. in Construction Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla. Prior to joining Pella Products of Kansas City, he was employed by a consulting engineering firm in Kansas City, MO. In 1986 he started selling Pella Windows commercially until 1993, when ASI was formed. Since that time ASI has been a major contender in the commercial wood window and historic renovation markets in the Kansas City and surrounding areas.

In his spare time, Todd enjoys bird hunting on his 206 acre farm in Northeastern Missouri.  He also runs, coaches football, and plays an occasional round of golf.

Brooks Gentleman has a B.A. in economics from Colorado College and an Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Brooks comes to ASI with two decades of construction distribution experience.  He owned and operated the Pella window distributorship in Kansas City from 1990 - 2000.  Before that he worked at Dun and Bradstreet as a marketing consultant.  His background in commercial fenestration is vast and his industry contacts are a great asset to ASI.

Brooks enjoys engaging in sports like running, lacrosse, rock climbing, diving, skiing, and a host of others.

Gary Oglesby has a B.S. in Construction Management from Pittsburgh State University and a Masters of Science in Technology from Pittsburgh State University. 

He came to ASI from the City of Kansas City where he served as a commercial building inspector. He is familiar with all phases of commercial construction and specializes in window installation, historic window applications, operable walls, and building code issues.

Gary enjoys water sports of all types.

Joel has a B.S. in engineering from Missouri Western State University.

He has over ten years experience in woodworking and millwork experience.  Joel comes to ASI after running the operations for the Pella distributorship in Kansas City.  He has vast knowledge of operations and technical background in commercial windows.
