Since it is often desirable to attain the quality of a factory finish on commercial window systems, ASI offers both shop and field finishing services for all of its products.
Finish OptionsASI can provide any type of interior or exterior finish that is desired for your project. We will use any specified brand of paint or make recommendations to you for a superior finish. ASI likes to provide the architect with sample finishes as a submittal prior to finishing the windows to avoid any conflicts that could occur in the field. Whether you desire a stain, oil base, latex base, or rust inhibitor, ASI can provide you with the specified finish. Painting CrewsWe only hire union painters since the quality of work is dramatically superior. Our men have made a career of painting windows and doors in the shop and in the field. They can efficiently handle standard projects and have the abilities to perform complicated stains or finishes. Painting EquipmentASI has extensive resources for virtually any type of finish application. Our shop has over 30,000 square feet of space for painting, including a paint booth. We have seen a trend towards a shop applied finish coat on our window products. Since our shop is a controlled environment, we can often produce a higher level of perfection in the finish. By coordinating our shop finished products with the field work, we are able to assure a consistent finish. We have all of the field equipment including sprayers, lifts, and scaffolding to perform an efficient field application. |
